Russia sends Medinsky and its military intelligence chief to Abu Dhabi, Umerov leads Ukraine

Presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky will lead Russia's delegation at talks with the US and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Interfax on November 7, Reuters reports.
Russia's team also includes deputy foreign ministers Sergei Ryabkov and Mikhail Galuzin, Igor Kostyukov of the GRU military intelligence service, and Yuri Zhigarlovsky of the General Staff. Reuters describes Kostyukov in its text as military intelligence chief and in a photo caption as deputy chief.
Ukraine's team
Ukraine's delegation is led by National Security and Defence Council secretary Rustem Umerov and includes David Arakhamia, Kyrylo Budanov, Oleksandr Lytvyn and Serhiy Kyslytsya, Kyiv Independent reports. Media had earlier reported that Budanov would lead the Ukrainian team, which Kyiv denied. "Umerov is head of negotiations," said Arakhamia, head of Zelensky's parliamentary faction.
The US delegation has not yet been announced.
