Comment rules

Comments are a space for reasoned debate. Registered readers may comment.

Not allowed:

• hate speech, incitement to violence and glorification of war crimes;
• insults, threats and personal attacks on authors, interviewees or other readers;
• publishing other people's personal data;
• disinformation presented as fact, spam and advertising;
• impersonation.

The editors may remove any comment that breaks these rules without notice and, in case of repeated breaches, close the account. Comments express solely the views of their authors.
