Trump meets Dmitriev: "There's going to be an agreement, a big one, and it's going to involve more than Ukraine"

US President Donald Trump met Russian envoy Kirill Dmitriev in Washington on November 5 and said afterwards: "There's going to be an agreement. It's going to be a big agreement, and it's going to involve more than Ukraine," the Kyiv Independent reports. He gave no details and said he did not meet Ukrainian officials afterwards.
The meeting came on the same day that talks on reconstruction and security guarantees for Ukraine continued for a second day at NATO headquarters in Brussels, with the US, UK, France, Germany, the EU, NATO, the World Bank and BlackRock, AP reports.
Next stop: Abu Dhabi
Three-way US-Ukraine-Russia talks are scheduled for November 10–11 in Abu Dhabi, and Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has confirmed Russia will attend. Rustem Umerov said Brussels discussed "what security guarantees for Ukraine from the United States and other partners should look like".
